why?, it's the older models that were bricking all the time anyway. And even if it does break they will send you a new one for free.

They need to do something quick or they are going to start losing about a third (or more) of the H3 players to HL2:OB, Mass Effect, COD4 and all the other games just over the horizon.
Not that everyone's going to suddenly sell their copies but Halo 3 Matchmaking needs a lot of people playing to match people evenly and quickly.

They are deliberately only giving us a taste of the new guns for a few days so we have to go buy the game. Smart though, if they kept the beta going till launch some people would probably get board with it (not me).
No thats what I'm talking about. Missing with the Knife when I swear i didn't happens to me to. I'm talking about when you shoot someone and the X on your cross hair says that you hit him but then when you watch the kill cam that player doesn't take any hits.
I'm glad to hear they are working on Hit Detection, I don't know how many times I have seen my game register a Hit on my side but then when I'm watching the kill Cam I don't hit them at all.

You're saying the AI is dumb for being aggressive? If you weren't playing on Normal they'd have killed you
Hopefully this means they will raise the level cap soon so we can play with the G3, M60 and Dragonov
I hate to say it but if your dumb enough to fall for this stuff, you deserve it.
to be fair it's much closer to mediocre than "sux". If I had limitless funds I'd definitely be picking it up, but their are a lot of AAA games just around the corner.

hopefully you can make a rule that says when "Team A killed by Team B, Team A switches teams". (For Zombie/Infection games) or maybe it will already come with a "Flood Gametype".
I really hope this isn't true. It would be a waste of resources. Does anybody honestly want a "Home Clone" on Xbox Live? How bout some dedicated servers and Clan Support built into the Dashboard instead.
